This policy explains what information SmartWealth Tracker collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the platform, including optional WHOOP health integrations.

SmartWealth Tracker is a personal finance dashboard and planning platform. In this policy, “SmartWealth Tracker,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the service made available through SmartWealth Tracker domains and related application experiences.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We collect information you submit when you create an account or use the app, including email address, account profile information, household information, notes, uploaded files, financial records, transaction data, budgets, goals, and related planning information.
Information from connected services
If you choose to connect WHOOP, we may receive data made available through the WHOOP API based on the permissions you approve. That can include profile information, body measurements, recovery data, cycle data, sleep data, and workout data. We only access WHOOP data after you authorize the connection.
Technical and usage data
We may automatically collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser details, device details, authentication events, session data, error logs, and basic usage telemetry.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- display your dashboards, reports, and analytics;
- process optional integrations, including WHOOP, that you explicitly connect;
- secure the platform, detect misuse, and troubleshoot issues;
- communicate service-related notices and account updates; and
- improve the performance, reliability, and usability of the product.
4. How We Use WHOOP Data
WHOOP data is used to power the health dashboard and related visualizations inside SmartWealth Tracker. For example, we may display recovery scores, sleep trends, workout summaries, strain metrics, and health snapshots that you can review in your account.
We do not use WHOOP data to advertise to you, and we do not sell WHOOP data to third parties. You can disconnect WHOOP from within the application at any time, and you can also revoke access from the WHOOP side if you choose.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal financial data or WHOOP health data. We may share information only in limited situations, such as:
- with service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the platform;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request;
- to enforce our terms, protect rights, investigate fraud, or address security issues; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Connected-service data, including WHOOP data snapshots and tokens, may remain stored until you disconnect the integration or request deletion, unless we need to retain certain records for legal or security reasons.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- update account information inside the app;
- disconnect WHOOP and other optional integrations you have authorized;
- request deletion of your account or associated data, subject to legal and operational requirements; and
- contact us with questions about how your data is handled.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the app, and improve reliability and performance.
10. Children’s Privacy
SmartWealth Tracker is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after an updated policy becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
